OurNSW/ACTWorkplace team is looking for aWorkplace Coordinatorto play a key role in delivering a highquality wellrun andpeople-focusedworkplace experienceacross our SydneyNewcastleand Canberra offices.This is a12-month fixed term contractwith potential for a permanent opportunity.
This role isbased inourNorthSydneyoffice(opposite North Sydney station)5-days a week and you will be located atourConcierge Desk & Welcome Loungewhereyoullbe the face of our workplace-bringingAureconsbrand to life through a welcoming inclusive and professionalfrontofhouseexperience while also supporting the smooth delivery of facilities and workplace operations.
Werelooking for someone whoscurious proactive and peoplefocused with the ability to balance excellent customer service with practical execution.Youllenjoy solving problems coordinating activity behind the scenes and using data and insights to continuously improve both workplace experience and operational outcomes. Your role will include:
Delivering a warmprofessionaland consistentfrontofhouseexperience creating a strong first impression for clientsvisitorsand staff across ourNorth Sydney office.
Coordinatingdaytoday facilities operations including reactive and planned maintenance ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and prompt resolution contractor engagement schedulingcomplianceand performance monitoring and proactively improving facilities performance.
Managinghealthsafetyand compliance activitiesbymaintainingaccuraterecords coordinating inspections and auditsassistingwith riskassessmentsand ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Supportingassetfleetand car park management including administration recordsutilitsation audits and coordination of servicing and repairs ensuringtimelyscheduling costcontroland minimal operational disruption.
Acting as a key point of contact forworkplace servicesanticipatingand responding to visitor and employee needs such as passeslocker supportWiFiaccessarchiving stationary PPEand general requests.
Managingshared inboxesswitchboardand mail ensuringtimely professional and customerfocused responses.
Supporting the delivery ofevents workplaceactivationsand experience initiatives balancing operational requirements with a highquality service experience.
Building strong collaborative relationships withinternal stakeholders externalvendorsand service partnersto ensure smooth workplace operations.
Identifyingand drivingcontinuous improvement opportunitiesacross workplace experience facilitiesoperationsand service delivery across the region.

As well as experience in a similartype ofrole or hospitality environmentspecificallywerelooking for:
Proven experience in apeople-centric client customerserviceor workplace environment with the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Demonstrated capability or exposure tofacilitiesoperationsor workplace coordination activities such as maintenance coordination compliance tasksassetor fleet administration.
Experience supporting or deliveringevents hospitality or workplace activationswill be highly regarded but is not essential.
Comfortable working acrossboth frontofhouseand operational responsibilities balancing service delivery with practical execution.
Ability to quickly learn and confidently usedigital workplace systems and tools(e.g. booking systems asset registers collaboration platforms).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including clear and professionalwritten communication.
A collaborative team player with the confidence towork with stakeholders at all levels including vendorscontractorsand internal teams.
Personableproactiveand enthusiastic with a genuine passion for creatingwelcominginclusiveandwell-runworkplaces.
Self-starterwho is adaptable and resilientwhothrives in afast-pacedenvironment where priorities span experienceoperationsand compliance.
The role isphysically demandingand includes tasks such as lifting/moving light furniture and moving stock bending reaching and standing or walking for extended periods.
