Whats the role

Were looking for a Senior Manager to support UNITE-related initiatives within our Customer & Corporate Services this role youll help manage delivery and delivered risks across key projects ensuring change is implemented safely and effectively.

Youll work closely with project teams to identify and manage risks support decision-making and ensure new processes and controls meet our risk appetite and compliance obligations. Youll also play a key role in building a strong risk culture that balances commercial outcomes with customer and ethical considerations.

The role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team ensuring that risks and impacts to CCS are mitigated and managed. UNITE is our business-led tech-enabled transformation and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering one best way to make our processes systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in office).

What do I need

This role suits someone whos experienced in risk management and comfortable working in complex change environments. Youll be proactive organised and confident working across teams and systems.

  • Demonstrated experience in risk management ideally within change or transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks controls and compliance obligations
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Experience working in matrix structures and cross-functional teams
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset
  • Confidence working independently and making decisions within delegated boundaries
