Job Title: PI System Support Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PI System Support Engineer to provide operational support for a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day system support troubleshooting and periodic system reviews to ensure stable and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for the PI System including monitoring troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Investigate and resolve data flow interface and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Support users in resolving system-related operational issues and incidents.
- Perform periodic system health checks maintenance reviews and performance assessments.
- Support change management activities related to PI System configuration or enhancements.
- Coordinate with IT Automation and Operations teams to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with site SOPs and GxP requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 36 years of hands-on experience supporting PI System in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
