Job Summary

We are currently looking for fluent Dutch speakers to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon Portugal.

What you will do:

Assist customers via phone email and chat in Dutch
Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain quality and performance standards

What we are looking for:

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
No previous experience required (training provided)
