About the Role

The City of Yarra is embarking on a 3-year ERP Transformation Program to modernise services improve organisational performance and enhance community outcomes.

The Business Benefits & Process Lead will guide a team of Business Analysts to deliver endtoend process integration benefits realisation and readiness for the TechnologyOne SaaS ERP implementation into sustainment.

The role ensures that process changes are fittostandard integrated across modules and designed holistically through a customercentred and communityvalue lens. This position is strategically responsible for enabling measurable benefits supporting peoplecentred change and ensuring the program delivers improved outcomes for residents businesses and staff.

This will include project management benefits management building and maintaining stakeholder engagement and leading a strong team of Business Analysts.
