HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface DRILLING MINING and RAISEBORING services to clients across Australia.

The Role
We are currently seeking applications for self motivated experienced underground Service crew
As apart of our Service Crew team youll be the underground all-rounder keeping things running smoothly and safely. Reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor.

If you are a reliable self-motivated worker with underground service or construction experience enjoy hands on work and have a safety first attitude we encourage you to apply. Experience in welding oxy cutting or underground mining is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Underground mining experience
Install repair and maintain water air pump electrical and communication services
Installing and repairing services and ventilation systems
Building vent walls and installing cable bolts
Assist with general underground operations as required

Desirable:

Welding/Oxy cutting experience
Airleg mining

Requirements /Qualifications

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
Police clearance (within 6 months)
Manual Drivers Licence
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
