Job Responsibilities:

Process billing and invoicing for logistics services provided by NGL Transportation
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing to clients
Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly
Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary billing information
Assist with collection activities and follow up on unpaid invoices
Maintain billing records and documentation
Generate financial reports related to billing activities

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting role
Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Desired Experience:

5 years of experience in billing or accounting role
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
Knowledge of transportation billing practices and regulations

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $19 per hour
Maximum Salary: $24 per hour
