Job Summary: | The Institutional Success & Engagement Specialist serves as a collaborative resource supporting the Chief Institutional Success & Engagement Officer (CISEO) in advancing college-wide initiatives that strengthen institution-wide success equity and engagement. The role helps facilitate communication across departments supports the coordination and follow-through of projects and assists in monitoring strategic initiatives aligned with ECCs Strategic Plan. This position also provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CISEO assists with campus-wide programming and participates in local community outreach efforts to strengthen relationships and enhance the visibility and impact of the College.

- Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver effective presentation to diverse audiences.

Essential Duties: | - Coordinate and support the planning implementation and assessment of projects initiatives and programs within the Institutional Success & Engagement Office ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and remain in alignment with ECCs Strategic Plan.
- Assist the CISEO with institutional reporting needs including collecting analyzing and summarizing data related to student success equity and engagement initiatives. Prepare benchmarking reports literature reviews and presentations that highlight emerging trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with academic and student affairs departments to develop and implement equity-driven and student success initiatives that promote retention belonging and inclusion. Support relevant councils committees and subcommittees.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CISEO including calendar management meeting preparation budget reconciliation recordkeeping and coordinating logistics for office operations.
- Assist in coordinating recognition events workshop facilitation and local community engagement activities that strengthen ECCs visibility and support student and employee success.
