Job Summary
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions do research on necessary variables run forward-looking projections and past reporting.
You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.
Qualifications
R20000-R40000 per month paid in USD depending on experience.

Qualifications
- 5 years experience in the Finance field
- A University Degree in the finance field
- Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss balance sheet forcasts etc)
- Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record of handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Typing speed 50 words per minute
- Ability to work on US time zone
- A clean and professional remote work environment
- Fast internet a second monitor and a fast computer
R20000-R40000 per month paid in USD depending on experience.
