Role Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Email Marketing & Deliverability Executive to take full ownership of deliverability platform management integrations and automation strategy. This role will ensure inbox placement excellence maintain sender reputation standards and build scalable email systems for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliverability & Reputation
- Manage sending domains IPs and subdomains.
- Oversee warm-ups inbox placement spam complaints and blocklists.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain sender reputation.
Platform Management
- Configure and manage email platforms.
- Set up SPF DKIM and DMARC authentication.
- Define technical standards and support migrations
Integrations & Data
- Integrate platforms with STEM (in-house tool) Mailchimp CRMs and analytics tools.
- Set up automation triggers and maintain API/data hygiene.
- Track ROI linked to revenue and pipeline.
Automation & Strategy
- Build lifecycle flows and triggered campaigns.
- Support personalization and dynamic content setup.
- Assist teams with funnel and email strategy planning.
Process & Enablement
- Create documentation and QA processes.
- Provide technical support to internal and sales teams.
Required Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Proven deliverability management at scale.
- Strong understanding of:
- DNS & email authentication
- IP reputation management
- Automation logic
- Experience integrating email platforms with CRMs.
- Comfortable working directly with APIs and technical support team.
