Job Summary:
AstheUS Strategy & OperationsSummer Intern you will work closely with ourUS Strategy & Operations team to support cross-functional projects that drive the business forward. You will have the opportunity todevelop internal contentassistinproject management support and contribute tocommunication and engagement planning for the US Business role provides hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry and exposure tocross-functional initiativesthat drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications Support: Draft clear concise internal communicationsincluding newsletters announcements and program updatesto support alignment across US crossfunctional teams.
- Employee Engagement Activities:Assistwith planning and executing engagement initiatives such as town halls leadership roundtables team events and internal campaigns.
- Content Development: Support creation of content for engagement programs (e.g. message framing email copy visual aids intranet content).
- Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with key partners across Strategy&OperationsSalesMarketing Medial AffairsHR and Communications to gather inputs track requests and ensuretimelydelivery of communications and engagement deliverables.
- Project Support: Help organize and manage strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating timelines preparing status updates and supporting project documentation.
- Meeting Support:Assistwith agenda design notetaking action tracking and followup communications for team meetings and engagement events.
- Process Improvement:Identifyopportunities to improve communication workflows engagement processes and collaboration practices; propose solutions andassistwith implementation.
- Research & Insights:Conduct targeted research to support communication planning and engagement strategies summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
Requirements- Currentlyenrolled in aBachelors or Mastersdegree programin Business Communications LifeSciencesor relatedfield.
- Strong ability to think strategically and creativelywith a focus on impact and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented witha high levelof accuracy indata analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework incommunicationsocial media programmanagementor pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
This internship will pay $26-34/hr depending on your years of education completed.
