The General Manager Aftermarket Sales Asia will lead the Aftermarket Sales function across the region with a strong strategic focus on shaping and expanding the companys presence in Indonesia the Philippines Malaysia and Mongolia. This is a highimpact leadership role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments values strong partnerships and is motivated by building sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives identifying growth opportunities and shaping the companys presence across Asia.
Sales & Business Performance: Lead mentor and empower the regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals while overseeing budgeting forecasting and postsales support to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers partners and local businesses collaborating with market leaders to deliver impactful crossplatform commercial programs.
People Leadership: Build and support a diverse highperforming team across multiple geographies. Set clear expectations provide coaching and development opportunities and foster a collaborative inclusive environment where people can thrive.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth business operations across the region by aligning processes improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering Business Marketing or an MBA (preferred).
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of capital goods sales competitor landscape and macroeconomic trends.
Ability to operate effectively in a crosscultural multigeography environment.
Experience in Copper Gold or Nickel HPAL segments is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in local languages within the region is desirable.
The role will require travel across Asia.
