Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies policies and quality standards.
- Align testing objectives with business priorities and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO PCI DSS industry standards).
- Oversee test planning case design execution and defect management.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional regression performance security and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
- Report quality metrics risks and improvement initiatives to management.
- Ensure QA processes comply with regulatory and industry requirements.
- Identify risks proactively and recommend preventive or corrective measures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing Quality Assurance departments particularly in software development.
- At least 3 years experience in QA or development of mission-critical software within financial or retail industries.
- Proven ability to provide effective guidance for resolving quality issues and improving processes.
- Strong knowledge of evaluation methods standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across development operations and sales teams.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Advanced QA/testing certifications (e.g. ISTQB CSTE CSQA) are highly valued.
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies including both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG Postman JMeter).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
