Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will serve as a key representative of the Beloform Craft brand. This role focuses on delivering an elevated in-store experience guiding customers through their purchasing journey and driving sales performance through product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide detailed product information and recommendations
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Monitor inventory levels and support restocking efforts
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
