Location: Charlotte NC 28217 (Onsite)
Duration: ASAP October (Contract)
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Per hr on w2.
Type: 50% Technical Sales Support 50% Project Management

Position Overview

Seeking a Sales Support Administrator to support digital service initiatives focusing on customer platform migration and sales enablement. This role operates at the intersection of technical project delivery and customer engagement ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to new cloud-based platforms while supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and go-getter with strong ownership mindset capable of managing implementations engaging customers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Migration & Project Management (50%)

  • Lead end-to-end customer migration projects from legacy systems to new cloud platforms
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines milestones and risk mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact throughout migration lifecycle
  • Coordinate with sales engineering and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor migration progress adoption and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve technical or operational challenges
  • Provide weekly reporting forecasts and status updates

Sales Support & Customer Enablement (50%)

  • Support sales teams by communicating customer feedback order status and insights
  • Assist in positioning platform migration as business value to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with inside/outside sales for quotations order coordination and follow-ups
  • Contribute to sales reporting and monthly performance tracking

Required Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in sales support customer service or project coordination
  • Experience with software/platform implementation or customer migration projects
  • Strong technical aptitude (software platforms data migration integrations)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional / matrix organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital transformation or cloud platform migrations
  • Background in technical sales or solution-based selling
  • Familiarity with automation SaaS platforms or connected infrastructure
