Job Summary

This role assists in setting up a central process to engage with key stakeholders including the patient services teams Visiting Medical Officers GPs and the General Public for the preparation of estimates for Epworth HealthCares self-funded patients.  Customer centric this role will continue to evolve the benefits delivered as part of the Self-Funded Team.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing response and lead communication process for all self-insured estimate enquiries to key stakeholders
  • Role modelling and actively promote a culture of high-quality patient care
  • Providing training where appropriate for key stakeholders of any relevant products and processes
  • Developing resource tools protocols and policies to enable and support the growth of self-insured patient estimate requests

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2-3 years Experience in Customer Service and Stakeholder Management
  • Health estimates experience
  • Strong coaching and Communication skills
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to improve processes
  • A belief in patient centred care
  • A Valid working with Childrens check
