Eachs Primary Care and Allied Health team provides inclusive communitycentred services that help people access highquality health and wellbeing support. Our administration team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Your role your impact
As Administration Officer youll be a central point of connection for our Allied Health teamsensuring customers staff and service partners receive timely accurate and supportive communication. Your work helps keep our programs running efficiently allowing clinicians to focus on what matters most: delivering highquality care.
You will:
- Provide highquality administrative support across Allied Health programs
- Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries ensuring a warm and inclusive experience
- Manage customer appointments and staff schedules supporting seamless service delivery
- Support customer onboarding retention and billing with accuracy and care
- Draft and prepare documents including minutes reports presentations and correspondence
- Assist with compliance funding and reporting requirements ensuring high standards are met
- Coordinate project activities monitoring actions and supporting logistics
- Communicate effectively with colleagues customers and community partners

- Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in customer service and data entry
- Certificate III in Business Administration (highly regarded)
- Understanding of notforprofit environments
