What Youll Do
As a Sales Agent you will:
- Reach out to potential advertisers through outbound calls.
- Guide businesses through the sign-up process and introduce them to a unique value proposition.
- Build strong consultative relationships to ensure clients feel confident and engaged.
- Work with a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Native European French speaker

12 years outbound sales experience (digital marketing preferred)

Proven track record hitting/exceeding sales targets

Strong digital marketing knowledge & media mix planning

Consultative selling & objection-handling skills

Ability to influence decision-makers confidently

Strategic thinker with excellent communication

CRM & sales pipeline experience

Comfortable with cold calling challenge-driven results-oriented

- Competitive Salary: 1227.33/month (including base salary Christmas and Holiday bonuses plus food allowance).
Comprehensive Training: 15 days fully paid (92.80/week). - Private Health Insurance & Meal Card.
- Stable Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts 1-hour lunch break.
- Location: Lisbon City Center.
- Two days off per week (rotational shifts announced 4 weeks in advance).
Hiring Details
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for renewal & permanency).
Trial Period: 1 month.
