Executive Assistant Marsh Innovation Centre
We will rely on you to:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Innovation Centre Senior Director and Innovation Engineering Leadership including calendar management meeting prioritization expense processing travel arrangements and hospitality coordination for visitors.
Build strong working relationships with other executive assistants across the organization.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assistin preparingquarterlyboard pack reports.
Ensuretimelyprocessing of invoices and supplier engagement.
Support colleagues throughout their employment lifecycle from pre-employment onboarding to offboarding and respond to ongoing queries.
Manage office resources includingmaintainingadequate supplies of laptops and essential equipment.
Serve as the point of contact for Health and Safety and officemoves.
Champion the Dublin site culture by organizing learning sessions social events transition year placements andposting on internal and external social media channels.
Collaborate with other Marsh regional hubs to share best practices and drive continuous improvements.
Support Colleague Resource Groups as needed.
What you need to have:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritize effectively.
Proficiencywith executiveassistancetools and software.
High levelof discretion and confidentiality.
Business intelligence skills are preferred.
