Position: Technical Support Specialist
Organization: Streamline Distribution Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the system
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues
- Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of basic IT principles and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Salary & Benefits:
The minimum salary for this position is $75000 and the maximum salary is $110000 per year. Employees will also receive standard benefits such as health insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
