Position: Technical Support Specialist

Organization: Streamline Distribution Inc

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of basic IT principles and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Salary & Benefits:

The minimum salary for this position is $75000 and the maximum salary is $110000 per year. Employees will also receive standard benefits such as health insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
