- Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat on the Ubuildit platform
- Answer customer queries resolve issues and provide product information
- Offer technical support to customers using the live chat feature
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing a positive experience
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role
- Experience in using live chat software or customer support tools
