Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing a positive experience

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Experience in using live chat software or customer support tools
