Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst with a strong background in SAP and finance to support a growing portfolio of systems integrations and data-driven projects. This role bridges IT and Finance requiring both technical systems acumen and hands-on accounting or financial operations experience. The role requires comfortability in a hybrid analyst/QA role able to document requirements test configurations and support continuous improvement across financial processes.

This is a hybrid position reporting in to the office 4 days per week.

• Provides functional support for SAP financial modules particularly FICO AP inventory fixed assets and general ledger
• Conducts manual QA testing in SAP environments documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word
• Investigates and resolve production issues; ensure data integrity across financial transactions and reports
• Collaborates closely with Finance Procurement and IT teams to gather requirements test enhancements and support deployments
• Manages the creation and lifecycle of purchase orders vendor contracts goods receipts invoice validations and asset transactions
• Reconciles financial data and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies (e.g. payment reclassifications pricing variances)
• Contributes to automation efforts and testing related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting inventory transfer processes and EDI vendor onboarding
• Supports integrations and data validation for new systems including Retail Payroll and B2B purchasing platforms

• Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business Accounting or Information Technology QA or field) or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business/systems analyst role with a strong finance or accounting foundation
• An understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them
• 3 years of manual QA testing experience in SAP QA environments; ability to document test plans and results clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word and Excel)
