Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory and shipments move accurately and on time across the business. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day execution of inventory management allocation and shipment planning. Working closely with supply warehouse and transport teams youll help ensure smooth operations and reliable delivery. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
What your day could look like:
- Manage stock levels and order allocation to support planned dispatches and internal demand.
- Maintain accurate inventory records including receipting stock movements and reconciliations.
- Work with the supply team to align inbound stock and identify excess or slow-moving inventory.
- Book coordinate and track shipments to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments.
- Partner with warehouse dispatch and transport teams to ensure accurate on-time fullfilment.
- Communicate shipment timelines and proactively resolve logistical issues.
- Identify and implement improvements across inventory allocation and dispatch processes.
- Use logistics systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support the supply chain team with ad hoc operational tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
