With more than 100 cases per month currently turned away this is a rare opportunity for a courtroom-tested litigator to step into immediate leadership and high-impact work.

What You Will Handle

Jury and bench trials
HOA foreclosure and landlord-tenant dispute
Commercial real estate and business litigation
Construction-related conflicts
Mentorship of junior attorneys
Business development initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

$170000 to $200000 base salary
Three-tier bonus structure plus discretionary bonuses
401(k) with matching contributions

The ideal candidate has first chaired at least two jury trials handled multiple bench trials and mentored and trained junior associates.
