Senior Specialist Home & Community Services
Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:00 pm
Location: Camp Hill area
Pay: $19.75 per hour
What Were Looking For:
2 to 5 years of related experience preferred
Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities autism and/or aging populations
Valid drivers license with at least 6 months of driving experience
Access to a vehicle with valid insurance registration and inspection
18 years of age
Ability to communicate read write and understand English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Preferred: Associate degree or technical certification in a related field
Preferred: Familiarity with Chapter 51 2380 and 6400 regulations
As a Senior Specialist in Home & Community youll support individuals in living safe meaningful and independent lives. Youll help coordinate supports build strong relationships and guide skill development while promoting dignity choice and personal growth.
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with individuals receiving supports
Support personal growth independence and life skill development
Coordinate medical needs including scheduling appointments transportation and follow-up care
Help ensure safe clean and compliant home environments and assist with maintenance requests as needed
Develop and monitor individualized goal plans focused on skill-building and independence
Partner with individuals families team members and community resources
Support program outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
Encourage engagement confidence and decision-making skills
Apply leadership strategies that support positive experiences for individuals and staff
