Job Summary
TO: ALL TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLSFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent for Human ResourcesSUBJECT: Career and Technical Education Program SkillsUSA Technical are available to support the afterschool/weekend hands-on instruction for Brockton CTE SkillsUSA technical skill attainment and job readiness for CTE program specific areas. This position includes instructional assistance for students competing in the Automotive Biomedical Carpentry and Health Assisting competitions. This position is available through FC 400 with the purpose of improving skill attainment specific to CTE programs for SkillsUSA : BHS Faculty Member. Possesses the technical skills necessary to deliver instruction in one of these five areas: Automotive Biomedical Carpentry Culinary Health Assisting. Willingness to attend varied SkillsUSA events often occurring after school and on the AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend regularly scheduled SkillsUSA meetings. Attend regularly scheduled SkillsUSA instructional sessions. Attend state and national competitions as needed. Keep accurate records of attendance and student skill : Contractual RateFUNDING SOURCE: Grant Funded (FC 400 ) Limited FundingApplication Deadline: asapFunding is available for up to five educators up to 20 hours each. More hours with prior approval.
