We are actively hiring motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Assistance Specialists.
In this fully remote role you will support clients with researching booking and managing travel arrangements ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. You will assist with flights accommodations cruises vacation packages and more while delivering exceptional customer service.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training certification and ongoing mentorship are provided. Multiple openings available.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking domestic and international travel

Coordinate flights hotels cruises tours and vacation packages

Provide prompt responses to travel-related inquiries

Manage itinerary updates confirmations changes and cancellations

Prepare and process travel documentation and invoices

Offer destination insights and travel recommendations

Maintain organized client records and booking details

Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Comfortable using online booking platforms and computer systems

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
