Role Overview

TheSenior Employee Relations Partner (Fixed-Term)is atemporary role created to support increased Employee Relations demand and ensure business continuity. This position will partner closely with business leaders HR Business Partners and Legal toconduct internal HR investigations andensure the fair respectful and consistent treatment of employees in alignment with F5 behaviors values and policies.

This role provides deepexpertisein employee relations investigations and performance management across all levels of the organization and serves as a steward of F5s employment policies and practices in the handling of sensitive matters.

*** This is a fixed-term position intended to address near-term capacity needs.***

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct HR investigations including fact gathering analysis documentation and recommendations; partner with internal employment counsel as needed

  • Maintainaccurateand complete ER and investigation documentation

  • Provide consultation coaching and guidance to leaders and HRBPs on employee behavior performance concerns and corrective actions

  • Interpret and apply company policies employment law and regulations to ER matters

  • Educate leaders and HRBPs on proactive ER practices performance management feedback delivery and inclusion

  • Identifytrends and drive training systems and process improvements

  • Lead or support special ER-related projects as needed

  • Uphold F5s Business Code of Ethics and report violations as

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment preferably in a technology company

  • Strong interpersonal influencing and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to advise leaders at all levels without direct authority

  • Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively in a distributed environment

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity competing priorities and change

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state employment and labor laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 8 years of HRor investigationsexperience
