About Our Unit:Observation Telemetry at Mercy Hospital St. Louis provides care for adult patients in a technologically progressive telemetry environment where innovation meets compassionate care. Our nurses partner with the Virtual Care Center and hospitalists using continuous ECG monitoring to assess and support patients with precision and care. The unit offers an exciting opportunity to work in a setting that blends technology teamwork and professional growth.
Position Details:
Observation Telemetry Nursing (Inpatient) Mercy Hospital St Louis
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-time or Part-time Day Shift or Night Shift

Up to $10000 NO CONTRACT sign-on incentive for RNs
Up to $2000 NO CONTRACT sign-on incentive for LPNs

Shift Differential Pay: Nights Weekends (add Days only if applicable)
Stay Pay Program $2/hr on productive time (24/7 bedside eligible) at 2 5 10 and 20 years (up to $8/hr)
LPN RN Bridge Program Assistance
RN BSN Bridge Program (up to $16000)
Tuition Reimbursement up to $2000 annually for continuing education
PTO begins accruing immediately (including a volunteer day!)
RN Qualifications:
Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred
License: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
LPN Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Experience: 1 yr LPN experience
Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
