Job Summary
Travel PT - Outpatient (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PT - Outpatient (Days) for a 13-week travel assignment in Alpena MI.
Contract Details
- Days 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM 10; 730AM-6:00PM (can work 8 to 10 hour days) / 40 Hour Guarantee
- Start Date: 4/27/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Alpena MI
- Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
- Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours
- Weekend Requirements: One Sunday Per Month
** ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment planning intervention and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards physician orders and governing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- (20%)* Evaluates the patients function by performing formal/informal testing measures to determine the skeletal neurological respiratory and cardiovascular status.
- (20%)* Develops a goal specific treatment regime based on assessment data and the patients tolerance to carry-out the treatment plan as prescribed.
- (20%)* Submits a written treatment regime to be included as part of the plan of treatment authorized by and coordinated with the physician. Updates plan of care as needed to reflect changes in patient -signs verbal orders received by physical therapist assistant as necessary.
- (20%)* Devises a schedule of treatment which is frequency and duration specific to be discussed with patient/family/caregiver and coordinated with clinical support staff.
- (20%)* Educates patient family and/or caregiver regarding pathology or condition patient alternatives prognosis and rationale for treatment through forms of rest exercise modalities and other indicated interventions.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- PT Experience is required
- Pediatric Experience is required
- Acute Care Experience is highly preferred
- Active American Heart Association BLS is required
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
