As a LeadTechOperations ProgramManageryou will:
Own and execute the year-roundTech Events Strategy ensuring every major forum directly advances techpriorities strengthens leader readiness and makes measurable progress visible across Tech throughby showingexamples of winsbold experimentation and misses and momentum.
Design and lead Tech-wide strategy forums and flagship ritualsincluding All Team Huddles Demo Daysshowcases and leadership sessions turning them into high-impact activation moments that create shared clarity reinforce priorities and drive aligned action.
Design events asstrategy activation momentsandensureleaders and teamsleavewith clarity onkey prioritieschangesand next steps.
Coach Techportfolios to buildexecutive-ready Demo Day showcasesfor Target Leadership Team including storyline development demo curation and end-to-end experience design.
Shape clear outcome-oriented narratives that help leaders and teams understand howtechnology work connects to enterprise priorities.
Support leaders in framing strategy progress and expectations effectively in high-visibility moments.
Translate complex technology initiatives into simple relatable stories that resonate withtechnical and non-technicalaudiences.
Identify opportunities to elevate TargetTechsmost impactful work throughselectinternal and external forums tied to major moments and milestones.
