Job Summary
Senior Project Manager
Memphis Tennessee 38120Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans including scope schedules and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects addressing any issues as they arise.
- Oversee project documentation including contracts change orders and compliance regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to standards and safety regulations.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior project management staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction field.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Multi family experience.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Track record of successful project delivery within budget and on time.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100000 - $annually
