Job Responsibilities
- Own the annual business plan and turn it into clear goals your team can implement.
- Drive the Malaysia & Brunei strategy to grow market share and category performance.
- Lead and coach a team of 47 direct reports (Sales Manager Sales Executives).
- Run sales & marketing execution on the ground from strategy to results.
- Manage distributor performance and elevate go-to-market execution in selected markets.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals including business reviews.
- Partner closely with Commercial/Marketing to shape campaigns pricing sales processes and promotions.
- Keep everything compliant (healthcare rules ethical selling) while delivering strong growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher).
- 810 years in medical device sales (surgical / hospital-facing experience is a big plus).
- Proven record of hitting targets and growing a territory/category.
- Strong business development skills (opening doors building pipelines expanding accounts).
- Confident leading people youve managed/coached a team and enjoy developing talent.
- Comfortable influencing cross-functionally (Sales Marketing Commercial distributors leadership).
- Strong communication skills you can present negotiate and build trust with senior partners.
- Able to travel as needed across Malaysia Brunei.
