Key responsibilities
To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products agencies and principals in line with the Company as well as the Principals objectives.
To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines agencies or Principals.
To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support.
To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitors activities and new entrants.
To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship.
Qualification / Experience Requirement
Degree in Business Sales Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in consumer line.
Required languages : Mandarin English Bahasa Malaysia
