Strategic Account Manager Malaysia

You are responsible for:

1. Strategic Account Execution & Project Coordination

Coordinate execution of strategic account plans and MOUs ensuring milestones deliverables and timelines are tracked and completed.

Maintain structured tracking of all strategic initiatives including equipment projects service contracts and clinical programs.

Identify risks delays or gaps and proactively coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Support Account Managers in ensuring continuity and progress across strategic hospitals.

2. Strategic Account Engagement & Cross-Functional Alignment

Support structured engagement cadence with strategic hospitals including business reviews executive meetings and follow-ups.

Coordinate internally across Sales Service Finance Product Applications and Partners to ensure aligned execution.

Track action plans escalations and key account priorities.

Ensure seamless communication and execution between customer partner and internal teams.

3. Funnel Management & Partner Opportunity Governance

Maintain full visibility and tracking of funnel across strategic accounts including partner-led opportunities.

Monitor opportunity progression pipeline health and conversion to ensure strong funnel quality.

Support funnel reviews gap identification and actions to strengthen pipeline coverage.

Ensure partner opportunities are properly tracked aligned and progressing.

4. SFDC Data Excellence & Business Insight Generation

Ensure high accuracy completeness and discipline in SFDC opportunity and account data management.

Maintain structured dashboards and reports for funnel tracking account performance and forecast visibility.

Analyze data trends and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Support leadership reviews and strategic planning with data-driven insights.

5. Sales Excellence & Commercial Governance

Ensure compliance with sales processes governance standards and opportunity management discipline.

Support forecasting accuracy and transparency across strategic accounts.

Improve operational efficiency through structured tracking reporting and process improvement.

Drive adoption of sales excellence practices across sales and partner ecosystem

Ensure high accuracy completeness and discipline in SFDC opportunity and account data management.

Maintain structured dashboards and reports for funnel tracking account performance and forecast visibility.

Analyze data trends and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Support leadership reviews and strategic planning with data-driven insights.

To succeed in this role youll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelors degree or masters Degree Holder in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6-8 Years Experience in preferably in sales business development.
  • Excellent time management skills and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction with Positive and Can-Do attitude and motivation
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Experience in Salesforce REQUIRED
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
