Job Summary

Were expanding our remote team and looking for motivated service-driven individuals to join us as Remote Client Experience Specialists.

In this role you will assist clients with coordinating personalized services managing reservations and ensuring a smooth positive experience from start to finish. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and working independently this opportunity offers flexibility and growth potential.

No prior industry experience is required.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client support

  • Coordinate reservations scheduling and confirmations

  • Provide professional timely responses to client inquiries

  • Research options and present tailored solutions

  • Manage updates changes and adjustments accurately

  • Maintain organized records and documentation

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process

  • U.S. or Mexico residency preferred
