Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Client Experience Travel this role you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements while delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to confirmation.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility structured training and ongoing support. No prior travel industry experience is required.
Responsibilities

Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations cruises and related services

Provide destination information and itinerary guidance based on client preferences

Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details

Respond to client inquiries via phone email and online platforms

Manage booking updates changes and related requests

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Follow established procedures to ensure service quality and compliance
Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

Must be at least 18 years of age

Residency in the U.S. U.K. or approved regions

No previous travel industry experience required training provided
