Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and service-driven individuals to join our team as a Remote Client Experience Travel this role you will guide clients through the travel planning process coordinate reservations provide personalized recommendations and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others building relationships and creating memorable travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning reservations and itinerary plans

Provide destination insights and personalized travel recommendations

Manage confirmations updates changes and service-related concerns

Research and compare travel options using approved booking systems

Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

Communicate professionally via phone email and online platforms
Qualifications
