Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Experience this role you will support clients throughout the travel planning and booking process by providing guidance coordinating reservations resolving service concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support

Curate tailor and adjust personalized itineraries

Provide accurate travel information and personalized recommendations

Research and verify booking options using approved systems

Resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Communicate clearly via phone email and online platforms

Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

Must be at least 18 years of age

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. U.K. Mexico Australia or Spain
