Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent at our airport location in Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with ticketing check-in and boarding processes - Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules fares and other travel-related information - Process ticket sales changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers - Maintain accurate records and reports of ticket sales and passenger information - Stay up-to-date with airline policies procedures and regulations - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software - Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and any other local languages is an asset - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
