MoranAssistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: After-School & Grant Program Lead(ASOST & Gun Violence Prevention Grant-Funded Position)The following position is open to all interested personnel. This position is grant funded through the FY26 After School and Out-of-School Time (ASOST) Grant and the Gun Violence Prevention (GVP) OverviewBrockton Public Schools operates multiple grant-funded initiatives designed to support student engagement safety and well-being outside of the traditional school day. The After-School & Grant Program Lead plays a critical role in overseeing the implementation compliance and day-to-day operations of both the ASOST and Gun Violence Prevention grant position provides program supervision staff coordination and grant compliance support ensuring that activities are implemented as approved staff are supported and all grant requirements including documentation and reporting are should reference the job code Ad # Grant Program Lead QualificationsOpen to all staffExperience supervising programs or staff preferredFamiliarity with grant-funded programs after-school programming or youth-serving initiatives preferredStrong organizational communication and time-management skillsAbility to track documentation timelines and reporting requirementsNo licensure requiredResponsibilitiesOversee implementation of ASOST and Gun Violence Prevention grant activities to ensure alignment with approved grant proposalsSupervise and support after-school and grant-funded staff across both programsMonitor staff schedules and review track and approve time sheets prior to submissionMaintain program documentation required for grant compliance including attendance records activity logs and staffing recordsServe as a point of contact between school-based staff grant administration and district leadershipSupport required grant reporting data collection and monitoring preparationEnsure program activities are delivered in a safe structured and supportive environment for studentsCommunicate regularly with program partners and administrators regarding implementation progress and needsCompensationStipend of $3800 funded through the FY26 ASOST and Gun Violence Prevention GrantsCompensation reflects work completed outside the regular school day including program supervision coordination documentation and reporting support
