WHAT WILL YOU DO

TheInsideSales Engineer supportsAxisbusiness by providing technicalexpertiseto customers and partners aiming to build credibility and trusted relationships. They manage technical aspects of the sales cycle collaborate with sales teamsmaintaindemo equipment and transfer knowledge to partners and the Axis team. The roleis office-based with occasional travel focusing on ensuring product functionality during customer events anddemonstratingproducts to enhance Axis brand reputation.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Act as keyexpertfor all matters of technical nature with external stakeholdersincluding:

• Product demonstrations

• Internal meetings with customers

• Setting up and running product demos at agreed shows and exhibitions for Axis

• Support potential and existing Customersrepresentingthe Axis brand and values in all your dealings with our market and external contacts

• Support the regional sales and marketingorganisationin technical matters

• Helping the sales organization to increase knowledge about the Axis portfolio

• Collaborating with Sales Engineering marketing and Sales teams and other colleagues to ensure the technical development for demos reflects what is.

• Maintaining and developing the technical aspects of the Axis Experience Centre at Luton.

• Assistingwith local office-based IT enquiries/issues on behalf of HQ IT.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Wereseekingan enthusiasticinside salesengineer passionate about technology customerstrainingand business. You have a keen interest in helping our partnersand internal teamfind the best possible Axis solution thatmeetsend customer needs in security and beyond. You are a team player and have a passion for achieving results through others.

Apart from this you have the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree in computer science or engineeringpreferred

• Knowledge of network infrastructure

• Minimum of3years experience from technical position in the IT or security industry

• Track recordof delivering demonstrations

• Outgoing with excellentpeopleskills

• Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment

• Fluent in English both spoken and written (mandatory)

This position is based at our office in Luton UK
