We are seeking applications for our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supporting our BlueCare recruitment this role you will:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks operating within a high-volume environment

  • Provide engaging candidate focussed support and pro-active follow ups throughout the pre-employment check process

  • Closely monitor pre-employment checks compiling documentation and confirming compliance requirements are met

  • Utilise tracking tools such as excel and Workday platform to manage a high volume of candidates through pre-employment checks

What makes a difference for us

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administration environment ideally in Recruitment or HR

  • Strong customer service and communication skills ensuring our candidates are well supported throughout the recruitment process

  • High level of organisation with strong computer skills specifically in excel and other Microsoft programs

  • Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements within Talent Acquisition
