Role Overview

Join the Licensing team to help structure coordinate and execute licensing deals for our Gen3 technology. This role is heavily focused on project/program management planning and cross-functional orchestration across technical commercial legal and operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track end-to-end licensing projects for physical assets/production facilities.

Build andmaintainproject plans timelines and action trackers for multiple licensing opportunities.

Building and drivingreadinessplanbyengaginginternal experts (engineeringlegalfinance operations) andensurealigned delivery.

Develop and refine standard tools workflows and templates for licensing.

Prepare supporting materials for internal reviews and external partners (presentations summaries status updates).

Build working knowledge of Gen3 technology petrochemical value chain and market dynamics.

Core Competencies:

Strong project/program management and planning in complex cross-functional environments.

Ability to quickly learn and communicate our Gen3 technology and value proposition.

Proven ability in navigating internal organizations and knowing how toleveragethe right people and resources.

Experience with technology licensing or capital/plant project environments is strongly preferred.

Solid corporate communication skills including slide preparation and meetingprep.

Basic understanding (or strong aptitude to learn) petrochemical value chain circular plastics and market drivers.

Basic financial and budgeting skills (Excel following established models) are a plus not a primary focus.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Relevant experience in project management technology licensing business development or capital projects in industrial/energy/chemical sectors.

Waste plastic recycling experience is a plus.
