Anthropos is looking for a Business Development Intern that will work with our EMEA sales team to sell our Anthropos Workforce soluton to mid and large enterprises. This position is great for young professionals that are looking at their first startup experience learning more about sales go-to market and enterprise technology.
Anthropos helps enterprise businesses prepare for the wave of transformation that will hit their workforce in the next 24 months as AI modifies a lot of our existing tasks and roles. Our technology helps large enterprise map assess and upskill to get real visibility in their people hard and soft skills and use that to quickly transform their teams.
This internship has a 6-month duration and can lead to a full-time position for the role.
Tasks
- Reach out to potential prospects via cold calling email and personalized messages. You will spend most of your time doing this together with our team and doing it on your own as well.
- Shadow our sales team in cold calls email reach out and outbound activities to learn how to present our solution and target the right organizations
- Learn to demo our product explain ROI and value to our prospects
- Collaborate with the rest of the team across a variety of activities primarily in sales marketing and operations.
Requirements
We are looking for smart and brilliant people that are hard working positive curious and have passion for connecting with people.
In this job your soft skills matter a lot more thant your hard skills and will be 90% of your success.
We are looking for someone that can speak and write fluen Italian English and/or German.

We are a small and very experienced team of operators that has been building together for multiple years in the software enterprise space.
This position has a base salary with potential bonus connected to results.
