This is a great opportunity to be part of the worlds largest bulk export port authority encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton Dampier Port Hedland and Varanus Island and five future port sites. You will be responsible for supportingthe Real Estate team with managing Pilbara Ports leased housing contracts and owned/leased office portfolio requirements. The Property Officer is also responsible for supporting office reconfiguration projects across Pilbara Ports and will reports to the Real Estate Business Partner.

About You

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Officer to join the Pilbara Ports Real Estate team. Based in Port Hedland or Karratha you will support the delivery of our residential leasing portfolio housing coordination and office change requirements. Your support will ensure the Real Estate team functions safely compliantly and operationally efficiently.

The successful candidate will be a solutions-focused professional with a calm demeanour and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will bring:

  • Strong administration skills with experience in interpreting contracts including the WA residential tenancy agreements and legislation.
  • Proven stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • A commitment to governance compliance and accuracy within a high-volume environment.
  • Brings a team-oriented approach to the delivery of outcomes with a focus on upholding financial and operational obligations and
  • Capable of working independently in a changing environment while facilitating quality work within timelines.
