Opportunity Overview

工作內容
在客戶端配置與管理設備零件與元件
在客戶端執行設備零件與元件的安裝拆卸作業
執行零件庫存盤點以支援服務相關作業
協助服務工程師進行校準與維修服務的安排與執行
每周可工作24小時以上優先面談
Teradyne is seeking a motivated individual to join our service team as an Intern for customer service.
Allocate and manage equipment parts and components in customer site.
Install/remove equipment parts and components in customer site.
Perform parts inventory checks to support service activities.
Support service engineers in coordinating and performing calibration and repair services.

Graduate or undergraduate school students with a relevant major in Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in customer support activities.
Eager to learn proactive and able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Pays attention to details consistently adheres to rules procedures and processes.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Available to commit at least 3 working days per week with a 09:00 to 18:00 working schedule.
Working location: Chunan Taiwan or Chungli Taiwan.
