Foundry Engineering Process Integration / Yield / Technology (Multiple Levels)
Location: Hsinchu / Tainan / Taiwan

Opportunities are available for engineers with experience in semiconductor foundry environments focusing on process integration yield improvement and technology transfer.
This role involves close collaboration with Taiwan-based semiconductor foundries and internal engineering teams to support new technology introduction (NTI) product ramp and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Key Responsibilities- Engage with foundry partners in Taiwan on process integration and manufacturing topics
- Support technology transfer (NTI/NPI) and transition from development to production
- Drive yield improvement defect reduction and process optimization
- Analyze electrical parametric and defect data to identify trends and issues
- Support product ramp and high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with design product and reliability teams on manufacturability
- Provide inputs on process capability limitations and improvements
- Bachelors / Masters / PhD in Electrical Engineering Materials Science or related field
- 7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Process Integration (FEOL preferred)
- Yield Engineering / Yield Enhancement
- Device or Technology Development (fab-related)
- Hands-on experience working in semiconductor fabs or foundry environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Semiconductor process flows
- Device physics and manufacturing fundamentals
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Technology transfer (NTI/NPI)
- Yield ramp / high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
- Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-site teams
- Experience with leading foundries such as:
- TSMC / UMC / VIS / PSMC / GlobalFoundries
- Exposure to process technologies such as:
- CMOS / BCD / NVM / FinFET
- Experience supporting production ramp in fab environments
- Familiarity with yield analysis SPC and statistical methods
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English for stakeholder interaction
