Job Summary for IT Recruiter (Internship):
- Internship duration: 2 months (unpaid; lunch provided)
- Performance will be closely monitored especially selection/delivery metrics
- Successful interns (achieving selections within 3 months) may be offered a full-time recruiter position with 15000/month salary for one year
- Unsuccessful interns (not meeting performance expectations after 3 months) will have their engagement discontinued
- Primary sourcing channels: CEIPAL and LinkedIn job postings (Naukri will not be used)
- Focus on maximizing candidate sourcing and selections through CEIPAL and LinkedIn platforms
