Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers workstations and network equipment.
Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and manage network hardware such as routers switches and firewalls.
Ensure network security and address any vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support to end-users including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data.
Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems configurations and procedures.
Prepare reports on system performance issues and resolutions.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support.
Knowledge about MS products.
Patch management and asset management.
Basic knowledge of AD Server and Firewall.
Understanding of AD server Group Policy DNS and DHCP
Hyper-V server understanding (Hyper-V VM creation live VM migration).

Qualification: Bachelor Of Commerce (Diploma/Certification) Or Bachelor of Science (Information Technology )
